My experience this morning:
-sold email notifications way behind
-paypal payment notifications way behind
-questions from buyers immediately received in email
-invoices immediately received in email.
It is a royal pain the bum, I'm having to log into PAYPAL to print off the payments from stuff this morning...

You are spot on... this morning delayed emails on payment received meant that about 3 times I had to have back and forth with buyer about payment issues. All very confusing but finally resolved.

yesterday i sold an item, in the am. i didn't receive paypal notifications, until 6 hours later, today item sold and paypal notice was 4 hours late..

just sold another item 2 hours ago, and still nothing from paypal..

I have a multiple sale with only one lot showing as Paid on both eBay and Paypal.
It might be the customer, but I've sent him a polite note letting him know what's happening.

Twice this week I haven't got any sale notification at all. So now I have to login to my eBay account all the time to make sure I'm not ignoring a ship date...

Had no problems this morning with receiving my PayPal solds but since around 1:00 pm nothing. Have to keep checking PayPal to verify payment was made.

Maybe time to add this to the Tyler collection.
-Last 3 sales no eBay Item Sold email but shows in Sold Folder
-Receiving acknowledgement of my counter offers few minutes after sending
-Not receiving customers original offer or receiving a 12 to 20 hours later and/or out of order sequence
-Receiving payment email 2 hours + after item has been paid. Payment confirms in Paypal
Have confirmed. Emails not going to spam. No changes made to eBay settings.

The other item that needs to be addressed is when calling eBay CS the feeling quite a number of us have noticed every attempt to get caller off the phone as quickly as possible, feeling like our issue is not taken seriously and/or we are being put on hold numerous times "So they can consult with someone else". Possibly another attempt to get us to hang up. Any issues we are calling about are important to us and we need solutions/clarification or we wouldn't be calling. "We're working on it or we'll get back to you in 24 to 48 hours" and then not getting a call back is not helping.

PS. Used to get "Surveys" How are we doing? Which was an opportunity to advise if our issue had been resolved or not. Have not received one of those surveys in ages.
