I have come across this problem before but did not describe it well in a previous post.
It may be a moot point as I am not sure how many people actually come to my store via the store page, but mostly by searches for items which would take them directly to the listing.
First 2 images are from the store page - calculator does not work.
Second image is in the listing and the calculator works fine.

Other observation is the Offer additional services function is not working in the Shipping Calculator Rates area. Not sure if this is new or has been happening for awhile.

What browser are you using? I've never seen the Shipping Calculator Rates dialogue box before.
This is what I see in your Store. It matches the listing.

There is a separate calculator built in to the Seller Manager page when one goes to view their own listings, but it appears to be not working 100% as it is supposed to. Could be another system that is in place, but not actually still supported??? Believe at one time was possible to add additional services with it if you wanted to. Personally I have never used for that. Just used to check if rates were available and displaying properly. The calculator for a buyer to check a rate functions except for the feature to check rates for multiples of the same item. But that hasn't worked on dot ca for 8 months and really don't see it being fixed in the foreseeable future.

Is that supposed to be an improved feature or glitch of the new "Canadian" Hub? It's too bad, that for the Canadian folks that sell or would like to sell on dot com and ship from a Canadian mailing address it wasn't possible to add Canadapost services as an option?

Maybe something that needs to be pointed out this coming Wed. to Tyler. Definitely something that should have been caught BEFORE they rolled it out with all the fanfare.

I couldn't figure out at first what you were referring to either because I am usually signed in when on ebay so when I view listings on your store page I see the shipping price to my location, not the calculated link that I see in your screenshot. I did go to your store on another browser when I wasn't signed into ebay and I understand what you are saying. I don't know if that link ever worked as this is the first time I clicked on it but since it is there...it really should work.
For those who aren't sure how the op (you) arrived at that shipping box shown in the first 2 screen shots...
If you look to the right of that box in the op's 1st screenshot, next to item price, you'll see that there is a calculate link rather than the actual shipping cost. If you are not signed in and go to that page and click on calculate in the search view , you'll see the message that the op has in their screenshot.

Maybe when features that are supposed to work but suddenly don't this needs to be implemented.

The op was referring to something different but since I didn't recall seeing a calculator in selling manager I went looking for what you are referring to and couldn't find it. Where is the one that you are referring to? Do you access it when you are in one of your own listings and if so, where is it there?

You can find on your Seller Manager page as long as you have Shipping Cost column added and it will show a Calculate shipping option except on the listings that include Flat rate as an option.

Off topic - I don't recall anyone other than you mentioning a problem with the calculator showing a shipping cost for more than 1 of the same item which is odd as when there is a problem with the calculator, it usually affects everyone sooner or later. Are you certain that in site preferences and under shipping preferences that next to offer combined payments and shipping it says Yes?
Then, if you click on edit, a calculated shipping rule set up? It should something like 'combine all item weights"
Offer combined payments & shipping - should say yes to the right of that

Thank you. Its odd that I had never noticed that before. But then I don't use calculated shipping that often so that could be way.

I've been mentioning it since Nov of last year to Ebay CS and more recently to Kalvin, Tyler, Happy and Raphael. Previous to then it worked fine and I had to do nothing to get it work. Also the issue was in the hands of one other person but believe they are no longer with Ebay. They(eBay) recognizes it as an issue and I've been told on numerous occasions they were "working" on it. I found another seller in Ontario that was affecting and they didn't even realize it was happening to them. When I have checked random US sellers on dot com it works as it should. The only work around I've ever been given is offer free shipping or build it in to my products but unfortunately that does not work for my items. Postage can be extreme for multiples. I have done everything possible to my settings. In checking 1 item tonight it that is now mysteriously working properly. I check on a revolving basis weekly. Other items getting rates for weights that would not be applicable to those items. (Expedited for a lower rate than for US tracked except items would be too heavy combined for tracked). So appears it is still a glitch in progress to be resolved. Because this is not working properly, my guess is as soon as potential customers discover these error messages they go elsewhere, so this problem has become beyond frustrating.

Thank you to all, and PJ for explaining how I arrived at the page.
Momcqueen, I have tried it on Firefox and Chrome, with the same results. "I've never seen the Shipping Calculator Rates dialogue box before." lol, makes me think this isn't much of a problem after all...
kawartha-ephemera, There's a new format? My executive assistant has obviously neglected to let me know. Will check it out.
Cheers
