There is STILL an issue with some Canadian buyers not having shipping available to them.

This is the second time in 2 weeks we will likely lose a sale because for some reason the buyer cannot see a shipping cost to their location even though we are using CP and they are located in Canada.

Set up flat rates with a shipping table?

This is probably related to the glitch currently being experienced by select users on the Expedited Lite service at the moment. See this thread for details.

In perusing your listings it does seem as though the ones showing "Shipping Not Specified" are of a size that could conceivably be sent via Expedited Lite, so if you do indeed have Expedited Lite set as the shipping option on those listings then that's probably the issue here.

Solutions at the moment are to just add "Expedited Parcel" as a shipping option to these listings, or set up a flat rate domestic shipping option equivalent to the cost of Expedited Lite (and hope the buyer isn't somewhere very rural).

Using shipping rate tables would guard against the rural orders (at least a little, it isn't perfect).

Indeed. The issue is still showing. But, in my case, the problem is if the potential buyer is using .com instead of .ca.

Basically, in .com, my listings show with the shipping option for International (non-US) tracked packet (more expensive) than the local Expedited Parcel, which shows up when you use .ca to search for my listings. I am seeing this trying with postal codes from different provinces, with exactly the same result.

devon@ebay is ebay aware of the issue with Canada Post expedited lite not working as a shipping option for some Canadian buyers? Some people attempting to buy will not see any shipping service or cost on listings using expedited lite.

I tried with a Canadian and a US location.

Your listings flashed on my screen then disappeared.

Sold Items did not appear at all. (I use that as a cross check when listings are not sold to my location.)

I moved fast and opened your highest priced lot before it disappeared.

With a US location "Does not ship to USA" showed in red.

This may be just my machine, but I wanted to let you know.

Yes right now we are not shipping to the USA due to the tariffs. I am unsure what is going on with the Canadian side of things though because we have not disabled shipping to anywhere in canada. It's also very inconsistent, we had a buyer from Quebec purchase a game with no issues using expedited lite, and another from Quebec that saw no shipping available.

Since it appears it's only expedited lite thats affected, is it possible to add expedited parcel as a shipping option while keeping expedited lite so that people that can use the lite can still have that as an option, but the  expedited parcel will be there for people who can't see the lite?
