Alright, I really hope eBay is working on a semi integration where we can purchase our discounted labels and input a Zonos key to finish the transaction. It would make my shipping pricing strategy much more competitive.
As of right now with 1600 listings to go through I’m basically picking a range of items within a certain dollar value and raising the shipping by about 40% of the median. I messed up and changed 900 low value listings shipping policies across the board, so that’s my next day and a bit fixing that.
Im sure for some items I’ll be able to find a manufacturer and use chit chats, but for a lot of items where that information in incredibly hard to come by Zonos looks like it will come in handy. Problem with Zonos right now is how heavily inflated the retail rates for Canada Post are. Shipping something that’s a Kilogram and I’m not used to spending $25 on that label and it’s making it **bleep** near impossible to set proper rates that ensure both the shipping and tariffs are mostly covered.
No real questions here just think it’s time for some level of integration for sellers to try and retain some sales Stateside.
