So after all the mental effort figuring out how to sign up and use zonos my first (and only) US order was delivered to the end address today. They certainly must be bored in Chicago, instead of taking a week to get through customs it took a day. It was going to a frieght forwarder and is a high dollar, hard to find item so I can see why someone was willing to pay some extra money to get it but I don't think that will be the case with most things which would explain why that that has been my one and only US order since this mess started.
My question now is when should I see the invoice for this - it is my understanding that one should have been created once it went through customs and I should be able to see it on the Invoices tab on my dashboard. The only invoice that is there is dated the day I set up zonos and is $0. I can see the tracking number for what I sent under the Shipments tab but that doesn't have any amounts on it. Does it take a few days before they actually charge it and then I will see the invoice? Do they also send an email? Any info anyone has would be most appreciated!

Our first shipment using Zonos was successfully delivered today to our customer's community mailbox.
We are using Zonos on our laptops and have connected it directly to our Canada Post Snap Ship account. The item qualified as "informational materials" (DVD, made in Mexico) and was, therefore, duty and tariff free. We printed off the label via Snap Ship on September 2. The item cleared customs on September 5.
In our Zonos dashboard the transaction is marked as paid on September 2 in the "Invoices" section, while the tracking number for the parcel appears in the "Shipments" section with the order being created on September 5. Both appeared on the Zonos dashboard after the item cleared customs on the 5th.
We did not receive an email receipt for this transaction, but that may be due to it being a duty and tariff free item.

If you're not seeing anything on your Zonos dashboard, and the item has already been delivered, I would recommend reaching out to Zonos customer support for clarification. They're pretty responsive. Report back with what they say!
