I’d contact the seller now, particularly if you don’t know what shipping or mailing method they used.

By the way, as it’s over a month past the last estimated delivery date, you no longer qualify for a refund through eBay’s Money Back Guarantee program, but if you played your cards right and paid through your PayPal account, you still have recourse through PayPal for a few more months if your seller proves uncooperative.

Paypal's Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

If the seller cannot prove Delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

If the item arrives after that, you can return the refund using PP's Send Money service.

Looks like you are buying coins and other numismatic items.

You should know that some sketchy Chinese sellers have been selling on the Australian site for some years disguising where they actually are and where they ship from.
Check out the seller's feedback, including that left for others.  A gap of several months or years, or a history that shows a sudden change from one type of item (say purses or books)  to coins should be taken as a red flag.

Shipment from Australia

Hi,  I no longer buy or sell to Australia as I have had items take

forever to get there or come here.  Some have been lost in transit.

Tracking is very expensive and most buyers in Australia do not wish to

pay for tracking.  So, I have taken then off my list.
