I have not logged into Ebay for a while. so naturally, I have forgotten my password.
When I click on the link to reset my password, sometimes Ebay indicated it has sent me an email to my registered account. Othertimes, it says this email address is not registered in the system. I do not want to register with a new account in order to preserve my history. And no, the email, is not in my spam folder either.
How do I resolve this?
