DHL recently announced they’ve temporarily paused shipping on US imports valued at more than $800. This pause only affects goods shipped from businesses to customers. New US Customs policy has created a backlog due to an increased number of packages needing to clear customs before delivery.

If you’ve bought an item being shipped by DHL, expect delays and check with DHL directly for updates on items in transit. If you’re a seller shipping with DHL to the US, we recommend considering a different shipping provider for items over $800 at this time.
