Although the seller says he ships internationally, make sure he gives you a firm quote on shipping.
You want USPS shipping for preference. If the broken and unworking engine is too large for postal shipping, make sure you are being offered Express courier shipping. This will seem more expensive than the usual surface rates from UPS or FedEx but includes the amazing "customs brokerage fee" that will be charged on your doorstep.
You will also be charged duty (is the engine made in the USA under NAFTA rules or in Japan and thus dutiable) and GST/HST/PST as required.
And do note that this is not a working engine. Many people don't seem to understand that "for parts" means it is broken.
