Not quite.
In fact eBay has been pretty clear that they will NOT generally interfere with negative feedback or low DSRs left as a result of the recent postal labour dispute as they have no way of knowing if the negative feedback and low DSRs are caused by the seller or the postal delay.
What eBay stated is that they will consider adjusting standards in individual cases where necessary if a seller Performance Standard was lowered as a result of the negative feedback and low DSRs.
If your Performance Standard has been lowered as a result of the strike, you should contact Customer Support (link on top of the page) for help. If your Performance Standard was not affected, nothing will be done.
