2 unpaid items. how can I see what item I didnt paid ? And when does this restriction end ?

Hi. I tried to buy something a couple of minutes ago and ebay told me I couldnt buy it because I had 2 or more than 2 items unpaid in the last year. Problem is , the only item that I remember as unpaid case was finally canceled. I asked the seller if he can cancel the purchase so I could buy another of his item instead because the purchase of the first one was a mistake. I mixed up two similar items... I dont remember any other unpaid item. 

Is there a place I can see what the unpaid item are ? And when does this end Cause i dont even know since when i have two unpaid items. Last things I bought were paid.

Unpaid cases occur in your myebay resolution center.  Strikes stay on account for 12 months.

Calling customer support is the only option.

Although you will be refused the right to bid by many, even most, sellers, this restriction is from the Seller's Preferences not from eBay.

Some sellers haven't caught on to this yet.
