Accepting a buyer's best offer that was automatically rejected

A buyer's third best offer was automatically declined.  As a seller, I wish to accept that third best offer.  How can I do that?

You'll have to send them a message and set something up. You might need to create a custom listing for them with their buyer ID in the title. The offers were rejected due to your Make An Offer automatic requirements.
