Download? Possibly but it is dead slow.

You may find it faster to copy the information you need with a paper and pencil.

It does look like paypal is a bit overloaded at the moment. I  got a few fatal errors before getting the history pages to display.

I believe the downloads are limited to 12 month ranges of data at a time.
