Apparently my shipping calculator isn't working... from my side it appears fine, but a member messaged me saying it wasn't working and may be affecting interest in my listings..

Has anyone had this issue and how did you resolve it?

Where is your buyer located? 

In cases like this, it's usually a problem with: (a) the dimensions of the item being incompatible with the service selected or (b) a service selected for a country where that service does not exist.

Write back with more details and some of the more experienced sellers than I will be able to give you better, more specific advice,
