I would like to know if Canadians are fed up with their mobile phone providers.
Would the following text be mildly amusing, maybe even 22 minutes-ish ?

Are you suggesting an American company (or two) would do a better job in Canada?
Would Canadians feel better if the substantial profits were sent to the USA and taxes paid to Washington instead of Ottawa and the provinces?
