Are there any recovery method if 45days passed for ebay Item.

I brought a item from ebay. But it has passed 45days. So there is no way to open a case throught ebay. But that seller is still with ebay. Him store is empty. But ebay or paypal doesn't give him personal details. He is a Chineese seller and registerd with canadian ebay site. I contact both ebay any paypal over the phone. But they said "Sorry they couldn't help me after 45days"

Please let me if there are any method.Because of I lost 65 British Pounds.

Hi narada .. No, eBay/PayPal cannot help. It is buyer's responsibility to file claims within the allowed 45 days.

What you can do, if payment was charged to your credit card, is call the 800# on reverse of card and request a chargeback. Have all transaction details on hand for the Rep. Don't delay as cards have limits as well.
