I purchased a 2.41ct VS2 clarity H color, 18kt white gold ring. Received a I1 fracture filled diamond, J color and 1.81ct With an appraisal for VS2 H 2.41ct and a diamond certificate claiming the same. Contacted the store....customer service was very nice....said they would resolve....etc etc. sent the ring back. Took 3 weeks, received a replacement that claimed (appraisal and certificate included) to be a VS1 clarit G color....2.41 ct. Reality? SI2 J color, 1.80ct. They farted around long enough to pass the 45 day deadline (customer service claims they will take care of it) now they don't even respond to questions. Total scam! Please beware
