Beware: PayPal not refunding postage on failed-to-print shipping labels

On Jan. 16 and 17 we had problem with PayPal shipping - labels were generated but could not print them due to website error, ended up buying retail postage. Requested 2 refunds for failed-to-print labels.

One was refunded Jan 31 and one is still pending as of March 11. It is obvious PayPal intends to keep this money unless I speak up, which is disturbing.

That has always been a problem.  I always keep track and after 30 days I call PayPal.  They have always refunded the money.  Just make sure you have all the details handy before calling.

You have to harass PayPal, they have to harass  Pitney-Bowes and PB (when they wake up) have to harass Canada Post.

Can't say with certainty where the hold up is but it's probably not PayPal.

paypal is the bomb with this. I call once per year and they go back and adjust any and all. I even had a couple originally denied by them for some unknown reason and the CSR went and credited another transaction for that same amount which balanced it out.

Just call them.
