Hi, first time selling here - and had a bidder email me saying they didn't place the bids on the item. There's 2 bids on the item with the same amount from them - one 22 Aug at 16:34 - and the next at 23 Aug at 9:11.

Should I just cancel both? Would it mess up the next bidder - what if they've already bid on something else? Any experienced advice is appreciated.

No one ever HAS TO obviously. It depends on your tolerance for theft. The bidding is at $36CAD right now and if that was my item (an ACTUAL item unlike this prohibited electronic code version) and I got paid $36 I think I would use tracking. I am a tightwad and hate to lose money to false claim scammers.
