Hello, I recently closed a case because the person never paid. Now she would like me to send another invoice and possibly retract the closed case so its not on her account. Is this possible? Thanks for your help 🙂

Some sales are not worth having.
She made her bed and she can lie in it.
Don't even bother. Is she on your Blocked Bidder List yet? She should be.
She wants the retraction because she has enough Strikes to severely impact her ability to buy. Even two Strikes will stop her from bidding with thousands of sellers. More and she may have been told that her membership is about to be terminated.
You are not the only one she has messed around.

wow, how do you find that out? She has been a repeat buyer so I was going to do it. Thanks

That information all comes from ebay's policies and what the consequences are if you don't adhere to them!

There's no way to find out for sure if that is what happened. But if she wants you to remove the strike, it likely is because it wasn't her first one and many sellers won't sell to a buyer who has had more than 2 strikes. Ebay also will stop a person from buying at all if they have too many strikes.

Moot point; I didn't think a seller could retract a closed UPI any longer.

Work it out in our Resolution Center
Select I haven't received my payment yet, and then click the Continue button.
If you don't receive payment, you can open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Center as early...
The buyer has up to 4 days to send a payment after the case is opened. During this time the buyer can also contact you to request a payment extension or make another arrangement. Of course you can agree to the buyer's request, but you're not obligated to make special arrangements.
If the buyer pays using one of eBay's approved electronic payment methods (PayPal, credit card, ProPay, Moneybookers, or Paymate), then we close ...
