Buying No eBay labels through PayPal

I know that there was a link to buy PayPal labels for non eBay items which is not working any longer. Has anyone found another way to do this?

Since eBay and PayPal are no longer the same company

and since eBay partially subsidized postage labels for eBay transactions,

discounted postage labels are no longer available as they used to be.

You can purchase postage labels at Canada Post website

And some eBay sellers offer discount postage lots.

These are mint full gum older stamps. Sometimes in random lots, sometimes in counted packets of single values.

The Dominion of Canada has never demonetized any stamps.

Fun fact:  you can also use Newfoundland stamps on Canadian letters and parcels!
