Buying phone from Singapore shipped to Canada - import fees/duties?

Hey guys, I know duty and other fees are charged if I buy from stuff the US and ship to Canada, but what about other countries? Is there somewhere where I can lookup what I can expect to pay?

I've bought other stuff internationally (non-US sellers) without any duties/charges in the past, but I imagine a big purchase like a smartphone may be charged something.

You are technically supposed to pay applicable duty on any import over $20CDN (about $14USD). In addition there will be sales tax on assessed items, even if there is no applicable duty. And a $9.95 service fee from Canada Post.

If your seller uses a courier, the service fee will be much higher.
