Can I accept an offer on several listings when I didn't offer "best offer"? then adjust the invoice?

I have a decent offer to buy 4 listings - 2 are fixed price - 2 are auction with buy it now. If they buy all the items as shown - can I then put a large discount on the invoice I send them to match the offer they gave me? Will I be charged -final value- on the original "buy it now" values or the invoice amount?
