Can I block the items that I purchase from being available for everyone to see?

I would like to know if it's possible to block the items that I purchase on eBay so that everyone cannot see what I've purchased? Help?

You can set your feedback to private however you can not sell with an account where the feedback is set to private.

Your best option is to open a second account just for buying set that one to private and don't tell anyone about it.
