Can a seller reverse a non payment strike for one of his buyers?

A buyer understood that a payment went through though in fact there had been a problem and it was not processed. Can the non payment strike be reversed. Can I, the seller ask for this to be reversed. I believe the buyer paid in good faith, checked to see if item had been shipped and only then realized the payment had not gone through and the waiting period had expired and non payment strike was issued with a return of final value fees.

No, sellers aren't allowed to reverse strikes anymore, unless they;re diamond sellers.  I think it's diamond, they have to have their own personal ebay manager.

You can give ebay a call and ask them if they will reverse it for you.
