A seller can block any buyer from bidding or buying their items.
They can also tell their friends to do the same.
They do not need a reason for doing this.
It is their privalage just the same as a buyer
can bypass any seller they want.

If you have too many unpaid item strikes, you would be blocked from bidding or buying from most sellers since they can set their buyer requirements to automatically block anyone with 2 or more unpaid item strikes in the past 12 months.
A seller can just block you from bidding in general. They can block you specifically from bidding on their item.

A seller can protect herself by Blocking bidders with Unpaid Item Strikes, no Paypal account, or who lives in a location she doesn't want to ship to.
She can cancel any bid without giving a reason.
She can refuse a winning bid if the winner has a bad address.
But she cannot stop you from bidding with other sellers. Are you being threatened? What is the rest of the story?
