Can't help me???I bought this item 111009265642 and the seller is no longer on Ebay. I went to Paypal and they say it went past 45 days.

I bought this item 111009265642 from the seller global_go.pro I find out after 45 days global_go.pro is no longer on EBay. I went to PayPal and they say it went past 45 days.
They can't help me??? PayPal sent me some generated e-mail. Thanks for nothing PayPal...I never thought the seller would quite selling. After about 40 days nothing showed up. The seller said when I paid for it was sent in the mail. The item never did get sent and this seller pocketed and stole my money.  After 45 days I asked PayPal if there was anything I could do their response was no it was past 45 days. What an absolute discussing company. Thanks for nothing PayPal.

Hi ... Seller..no longer a registered user is more likely a decision made by ebay rather than seller.

It is really your problem not PayPal. Everyone buying on ebay should the rules and money would not be lost..

Only option is a credit card chargeback if payment was funded with one. Call the 800 # on back. Have all transaction details on hand when calling.
