Hi, I was trying to respond to a feedback left to me but when I clicked "Reply" via the .ca feedback page - http://feedback.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?PersonalizedFeedbackLogin
I got this error
Input Error
We did not successfully receive all the required information from the page. Please go back and ensure that all the fields are filled in.
When I tried via the .com feedback page - http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?PersonalizedFeedbackLogin
I got the following error instead
Feedback Error
Sorry, you have no feedback. You cannot respond to feedback you don't have.
How do I solve this issue? Said item was sold on Dec 21 so I should still be able to leave a response to the feedback given to me... no? Item was listed on .ca. Thanks!

Feedback Error
Sorry, you have no feedback. You cannot respond to feedback you don't have.
This is currently an established "bug/issue on .ca
The work around is to sign in on another ebay site such as .com or .uk and leave the response from there.

I would go to feedback left for the buyer and make a note about buyer dinging for late delivery to warn other sellers. If enough people do this, maybe Ebay will realize that this B* will not be accepted without some form of retribution on the buyers.

Hello 'zee-chan',
<< buyer said item didn't arrive within expected delivery date (and danged me with a "No" for late delivery) >>
The buyer did not 'ding you with a No for late delivery'. Ebay did that. The buyer simply answered the question honestly.
And a buyer with a feedback of 17 will have no idea that any answer will in any way negatively affect a seller.
Thus, there is nothing about which other sellers need to be warned. Instead, ebay needs to substantially lengthen the
forecasted delivery dates, - if they won't get rid of the question entirely.
<< wanted to clarify in the response that delay was because of x'mas... ... it was "late" with a reason...>>
That makes sense. You do not say where the buyer is, but if he is far away I think I'd have said something like
'Arrived to Japan in 19 business days'. That would be really good time for December.

Yeah, you are right that the buyer probably didn't know that answering "no" will negatively impact sellers... I guess he will find out soon since he has also started selling.
I'm tempted to change all my shipping service to "surface" mail (while I continue to ship air/sal) just so that the displayed estimated delivery date would be longer lol. But then I don't want to turn buyers away thinking that their books will take forever to arrive while 90% of the time they do arrive in about 2 weeks...
Like I said, my intention wasn't to "warn" other sellers but just to clarify to future potential buyers why the book was "late". I'd have written something like that too (arrived to XXX in 19 business days) if word count allowed...
I'll see what kind of negative impact this new "late delivery" would actually do to my account. According to my seller account my threshold is 5... right now I have 4, so I'm getting there. Am I gonna lose my TRS or more? Guess I'll find out soon. *shrugs*
