Canada Discount Qn

I know I get discounts for shipping within Canada with my account but are there discounts for the US and internationally? I was always under the impression that there were not.

I'm not sure about internationally but speaking for Canada to the U.S. there are discounts on everything except "small packet" ground/air

I meant US buy international. My rep told me there was no discount for shipping to the US. I'm a lvl 1. I could go up a level but then they want me to use the commercial expedited which ends up being more than regular expedited (US).

Your discounts will apply for Priority Courier,Expresspost and Expedited Parcel on your shipments to the U.S.

Thanks. I'll check with them when I place my next order on Monday. Right now they are billing me at counter rates for Expedited USA.
