I am going to guess that these are the purchases from the 20th of October where you bought over $213 worth of perfume.
The opening post of this thread should explain it.

When you buy from outside of Canada, you must pay duty on any purchase over $20. The exact amount depends on the product and its place of manufacture (not where it was bought, where it was made.)
In addition you will be charged PST/GST/HST on imports.
And finally, Canada Post charges $8.50 as a service fee for handling all those payments.
Actually, count yourself lucky. Because perfume is alcohol based it is flammable and in theory Canada Post does not allow flammable products to be shipped. Instead the dangerous product is seized and destroyed.

I should mention, this has nothing to do with your seller. She has no reason to know the laws about imports for any country but her own and she will not see one penny of those fees, duties and taxes.

Count yourself triple lucky that the seller didn't ship by UPS ( United Parcel Service ) or you would be paying closer to $70.00
