If a claim is started in Pay Pal and the seller wins the case, does the negative feedback stay or can it be removed? Thanks for your help.

No.
PayPal claims have little to do with eBay negative feedback.
The buyer left you negative feedback because the item had not arrived after two weeks. Your reply does not indicate when exactly it was shipped.
If you feel the feedback should be revised, you should contact the buyer and convince him to accept your feedback revision request.

If you can show that shipment of the item was delayed by a day or two due to a severe snow storm, and the delay was caused by the postal service the buyer will most likely agree to a revision.
Good Luck.

Hi there. Thanks for this help. I did try to get the buyer to revise but to no end. They went ahead and filed a claim.
