EBAY strikes a deal with GRADING COMPANIES?? Losses for the common seller!

HELLO. 8 year Powerseller here, outraged with what may be a shocking development in eBay sportscard sales.

I have had a 1979-80 Topps Gretzky rookie card (approx. retail value $150) delisted 4 times due to "questions of authenticity for high value items". They linked me to an insulting FAQ about grading (I have spent thousands on grading), which, you guessed it, pointed me in the direction of Beckett among others.
Not only am I sure of the card's authenticity (listed with a money back guarantee), but the shocking thing here is that everyday hundreds, if not thousands, of high dollar cards are sold without pro authentication.
So are we now slaves to the grading companies, having to shell out $10 to $50 per graded card? Please, let's hear some feedback and similar stories.
