And buyers can leave appropriate feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings. Sellers of course cannot.

Wait a day or so. Remember that the most effective responses are calm and factual. So if the cat dropped a cigarette on the tablecloth and set the kitchen on fire, say so. If you feel urgently that you want to slag the buyer for being a cheapskate, rethink your position.
Think about who reads feedback.
It's not your fellow sellers.
It is your future customers. And Responses show up strongly on the FB page. Use them only for good.
If the customer's response is at all valid, and only you know that, remember that you can set your opening bid on an auction high enough to cover all your costs and even make a profit. Or you can use Fixed Price listings which give you up to 30 days visibility for the same price as an auction and only sell at the price you want to accept.
PS - I notice you mostly use Fixed Price anyway. Now have you considered using Free Shipping as well? Remember this means the shipping cost is rolled into the asking price. So your $5 pin lot with $4 shipping could list for $9 +Free Shipping or even $9.99 + Free Shipping and might attract even more interest. Buyers loooove Free Shipping.
