How do I get from being registered on Ebay Canada to Ebay USA

I am registered on Ebay Canada and would like to be selling on Ebay USA

I did tried with my business address in Laredo Tx , but then PPal had to verify me . Phone number ( cell ) didn't work , bill from verizon  didn't work and hardest hit in the head I got when I had to produce US origin credit card .  

Not a chance !! unless you will move or marry in the states . Good luck to you !! 

PS. Even prepaid visa from US is not working .
