How do I get my monthly selling limit increased?

I Have two books I'm trying to sell that are part of a set but they are worth more than $1000 which is the starting limit imposed on me because this is my first time selling.

You could phone ebay and ask but honestly, I don't think that it is a good idea to sell anything that expensive until you have been selling for a while and know how things work...what to watch for etc. Some people will take advantage of new sellers, especially if they are selling something expensive.

Make sure before you sell that you know Paypal and ebay rules for seller protection. For example..for an item over $325Cdn or $250U.S you need to have a signature to prove delivery.
