Each time I've phoned ebay for help resently I get someone in Asia. These Asian representatives are very helpful, but aknowledge to being powerless. All they can do is record your problem, tell you it will be fixed in 48 hours, and you end the conversation thinking the problem has been fixed. Then days go by, and nothing happens.
Essentially, if you end up talking to an ebay call center in Asia, you may as well hang up, because they can't do anything to help. They just do not have the authority to do anything to help.
So the question for this board, is how do you get connected to a North American Ebay representative?

You can try calling 9 a.m. Monday morning. You may get lucky.

The reason for removing these neg is because they were obviously left in revenge for us not allowing a dealer to return items on the grounds that he felt he over bid, and would not be able to make a profit when he resold them - that is the definition of buyer remorse.
This buyer file two fraudulant item not as discribed complaints. He decided not to esculate them because he knew they were fraudulant and would likely not be successful. By withdrawing this complaints himself, he implicitly admitted that his complaints were false.
He then left revenge negative feedback with the sole intention of distorying our ebay account.
Its true that a buyer can express his own opinion. But when he he does so maliciously in revenge to distroy an honest sellers account, it should be removed.
Ebay can either remove the feedback, or cancel our account. Their call.

They won't and, truth is, they will not care if you chose to. Personally I suggest you don't. Not over some jackass buyer. Let it go. Move on to your next sale. And the next one, and the......
