What are the problems collecting if you are not pay pal verified?

Hi ..To sell you need a premier (free upgrade from personal) PayPal account. Need a bank account added so payments can be transferred from PP. Need the account linked to your ebay account and if you wish to see internationally (big US market) PP verified. Otherwise eBay will likely restrict selling to within Canada..

PS .. on the receiving payments side the biggest issue is the 21 day hold on payments for new sellers..
