How to cancel a person who bid on my item...but now wants to back out...

How do I get them cancel from the bid...I have lots of watchers...They were the only one that had bid so far...And now want out of bid before it closes...Thanks.

Annoying as it may be to cancel a bid, it is much more annoying to chase an non-paying customer.

Most bids come in the last few hours of the listing anyway, but watchers are not the same as bidders, don't count on them.
