I HAVE ORDER A TRAMPOLINE ON THE 8 OF JUNE 2017 AND WAS SUPPOSE TO GET ON THE 2SD OF AUGUST 2017 BUT UNFORTUNATELY DID NOT RECEIVE YET.....PLEASE TELL ME WHERE IS MY TRAMPOLINE

You have until September 2 to open an Item-Not-Received case on eBay.

DO NOT accept any offer of a replacement. That is often, although not always, merely a stall tactic.
The only time you should consider accepting a replacement offer is if the seller is someone you already know and have done satisfactory business with in the past AND the item can be sent with tracking for receipt whin the next 10 business days. All three of those conditions should be met before you even consider a replacement for an item not received.

A trampoline is a bulky item.
Is it coming from Canada? the USA? Asia?
Contact the seller.
Ask for the date of shipment, the service used and the tracking number.
While the tracking number is almost useless to you (it is a Seller Protection) you can use it to learn if the trampoline is in Canada.
If it is, give it a day or so.
As noted you have a month to open a Dispute.
If you get no response or if the number does not work on the Canada Post website

go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of the page.
Because you have already contacted the seller,you can skip that step.
If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.
And again do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. That will be a scam.

The time of delivery is just a estimate. Nobody of Ebay is here. If you're concern you need to your purshase story, select the option on the item you purshase -> resolve a problem-> item not received.
