HOW DO I PUT A COMPLAINT IN FOR AN ITEM NOT SENT I HAVE SENT AT LEAST 3 MESSAGES TO SELLER WITH NO REPLY OVER THE LAST 2 WEEKS WHAT DO I DO. Hello 'donna',

When the money was finally drawn from your bank account isn't really the issue.  The auction ended Sept 8.  Did you pay right away with an echeque?  An echeque takes up to 10 days to clear, even though you have 'officially' paid for the item. 

If you paid with an echeque, then, it means you paid earlier than the 18th.  It also means you are now well past the time when ebay or paypal can help you get your money back.  And that means your seller knows you can do nothing, hence she is ignoring you. 

You only have 45 days in which to file a claim.  That's just over 6 weeks.  You are in Canada and so is your seller, - if she had put it in the mail it would have arrived by now.  Have a look at the following link about what to do when an item does not show up:

There is a link to the Resolution Center at the bottom, - if you try it I believe it will tell you it's too late, or some such thing.  It'll only take a second to see for yourself.

It is not too late to leave feedback, however.  The more rational and level-headed your fact-based comments, the more likely you will be believed. 

In future, if you do no have your item after 5 weeks, contact the seller.  If that is of no help, file your claim no later than day 43 (to be safe).  Never be delayed past that deadline, and never close it until you have your item or your money back.  A closed claim can never be reopened.

Go to the resolution center in your PayPal account and try yo open an item not received dispute. bank payments usually take 2-4 days to arrive. Most likely to late but no harm in trying.
