Negative feedback left. Tried to resolve and buyer refused to resolve. Now I am trying to leave my reply to negative and ebay is not allowing me to. Any suggestions.

That has been a bug for months now.

Some have found a way to workaround it by logging into ebay.com and trying it that way.

Well at least feedback is no longer counted against sellers.

I guess you don't need to be told that the most effective Responses are calm and factual. Something like "Offer to refund on return still stands." for example.

(Always providing you made such an offer of course.)
