I agreed to a buy it now, but didn't realize buyer had asked for free shipping. I want to retract the offer, can I do this and if so how?

Hi .. An accepted offer is a sale and cannot be retracted. Cancelling transaction is the option and that requires the buyer's agreement. Reneging on an agreement can have negative results and should be avoided , if possible.

It is the case that an offer cannot include shipping if a cost is stated in a listing but that said ,  will likely have an unhappy buyer.
