try ebay.ca and see if you can sign in, if not you might have to make a new account. Most likely you will have to change a new address and update all your profile info. Might be a good idea just to close your old account and start fresh. by the way Welcome to Canada!!

You can change your home country or region by updating your registration information. You can keep your current user ID.

To update your registration information:

1. Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages and sign in.
2. Click the Account tab, and then click Addresses on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Change link to the far right of your Registration Address. (For added security, you may be asked to sign in again.)
4. Enter any changes, and then click the change registration information button.
5. Review your information one last time, and then click the submit button.
