I bid,won and paid for an item with paypal but ebay closed the listing. How do I get my money back.

Hello.

I bid on an item and won. I paid the same time that I won and now 3days after ebay send me an email saying that they removed the listing and that I should not deal with the listing outside of ebay.

How do I get my money back from Paypal since I have already payed for this item.?

Exact same situation happeened to me a couple days ago...bsically the seller has deactivated their account and "taken" your money you paid for it. So what you must do now is go to paypal and open a dispute containing the exact information ebay sent to you. PayPal will take care of it from there, unless they send you emails asking for more information from you. It takes a while til they can get your money back to your account. Some sellers are fraudulent so be careful.

No. It is very likely that the sellers in both cases did not close their own accounts but were closed down as crooks by eBay.

Go to the Resolution Centre and start an Item Not Recieved Dispute and mention that the seller is Not A Registered User.  You will get a refund in short order.

Paypal also Holds your payment for up to 21 days if the seller is new, in a high value or high fraud category or has a poor selling record. It is very likely he will never see your money.
