If you paid using paypal you can send funds to the seller (contact email will be with the purchase info)

Paypal has a Send Money service.

You need only the other person's email to return the refund.

BTW, Paypal can be used for any person to person money transfer.

I have used it to participate in group gift buying with my sisters.
