I got a promo for double eBay bucks rewards for today, for purchases of $50 and more. I got something at $50 & got regular eBay bucks, why?

I received a promotion for eBay bucks rewards for today only, for a purchase of $50 and more.  I bought and paid an item that was $50 dollars exactly, within the time of the promotion, but I got only regular eBay bucks, I would like to know why, and how to get the extra eBay bucks I'm suppose to have with this purchase?

The double eBay bucks promotion only applied to items listed in certain categories. Here is a list of categories not included in the promotion. *Qualifying purchases exclude all items in the following categories: Classifieds, Business & Industrial, Real Estate, eBay Gift Cards (within the Gift Cards & Coupons category), Bullion (within the Coins & Paper category), and eBay Motors (except Parts & Accessories in eBay Motors which will earn eBay Bucks). Was your item listed in one of these excluded categories?

Sci ..was a music item..i can't see a reason unless the promo was set to begin on COM time.

My purchase was not in any of the categories mentionned, it was a record...  and as for the time zone, when I made my payment, I checked the promo message that I had received from eBay, which could be seen in my eBay bucks page, and it clearly stated that there was 4 hours left to the promotion!

I wanted to get in touch with eBay directly about this, but it seems that it is not possible to write to them, only by phone....

My apology for thinking a record was a music item.

I'm not saying with certainty that it is the time but 1.02.15 would be 22.02.15 on the first, San Jose time.
