Some possibilities:
1. Deposit. Connect a bank account to the PayPal account and transfer the money. Sign into paypal, click on Wallet and then Link a bank account
2. Spend. Buy something else on eBay.
3. Trade. Send the money to a friend who has a paypal account (and have them give you the value as cash).
