Hello 'fiz_ca2015',

$16.82 total for boots?  Did you by any chance buy them from China? Smiley Very Happy

If you go to the My eBay at the top of the page and scroll down to where it says Purchase History and select that, - do you still not see a Purchase History page in which your boots are featured on it?

No matter, you have a paypal receipt that you paid so no need to panic.

You do not say when you bought them, but it seems the last 'estimate' date for delivery has nearly passed so you will want to take some sort of action soon.  If this is the user ID from which you made your purchase, a feedback score of zero will make you a target for scammers who do not send items because they are confident you do not know how the system works.

You have 30 days from the last date of delivery (that's Dec. 14) in which to file an ebay claim.  If the boots are coming from China they will likely take a long time to arrive, especially with all the Christmas mail these days.  But keeping an eye on the calendar, here is ebay's quick & easy page on what to do when there's a problem:

http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html

If ever that 30 days passes by (if, say, you agree to a Surface Mail parcel which can take up to 3 months) you will have 180 days to open a claim in paypal.  That's nearly 6 months:

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full?country.x=CA&locale.x=en_CA#13

And if none of that is any help and you paid with a credit card, you can always call the customer service office of the card company by using the 1-800 number found on the back of the plastic.  Ask about a chargeback reversal for an item not received.

But for now maybe just wait a while longer to see if they show up.  There is lots of time to take action for reimbursement if it comes to that.

Best of luck Smiley Happy

I basically agree with dmil, but frankly I'd just go directly to Paypal and open an Item Not Received dispute.

If the seller cannot prove delivery, you will be refunded in full.
