I haven't receive my item I ask for refund they refuse me to refund my money

I haven't receive my item I pay for my item and I open case of dispute on paypal and then they contact me say me they will send me refund first close the dispute case and I cancel the dispute case after that they didn't send me money and they didn't contact me now tell me what I will do

Do NOT close the case.

If you do, the (questionably honest) seller will have no reason to refund you.

 

It is time to escalate the case and get your refund immediately.

Oh, darn.

I thought this was a question about whether to close the case.

You got scammed.

 

If you actually paid from your credit card through Paypal go to the 1-800 customer service number on your card and ask for a Chargeback.

 

It would also be helpful to Report the seller's actions to eBay. There is not much they can or will do with one Report, but they keep records on Seller Performance.
