I met all of the sellers criteria for buying and I was blocked from bidding.Why?

Tonight a seller blocked me from bidding although I met all of his buyer criteria and did not fall under any of ebays criteria for sellers being able to block buyers.I have 100% feedback,have been a member since 2005,have over 74 positive feedback,have a paypal account,live in North America where seller ships and have not had any prior transactions with this seller yet I was blocked by seller on a winning bid.The sellers feedback states he is racist and this is the only reason I can see why I was blocked due to my name.This is discriminatory and wrong!

How can any one tell what race you are by your name ?

Maybe the seller in question blocks people with bid retractions ?

How does a seller block a winning bid. Can cancel a high bid or block from bidding entirely.

If a seller used that term in a discriminatory way , i would have a retraction on my account.
